Before Joining VERC in May 2021, Larry spent his life in the human side of medicine. Most recently he was the CEO for a large physician practice in Pensacola. Early in his career he was a floor nurse in a hospital and later a dialysis nurse. As he continued to learn and grow, he eventually became the Facility Administrator for two dialysis centers here in the Florida panhandle.

He has many years in management and brings a wealth knowledge to the VERC hospital.

During his free time Larry has obtained his real estate license and now is working on his FAA License. GO GATORS!

"On a recent trip to the area our fur baby became very sick during the early morning hours. We googled emergency veterinary hospitals and found the Veterinary Emergency Referral Center. Everyone was so kind, professional, compassionate and helped ease the nerves of a very scared pet family. After a very thorough exam and several medications including an antibiotic, our fur baby was feeling much better. Once home, we followed up with our regular veterinarian who continued with another round of antibiotics and our Lilly is now back to her old self. Thank you so much to everyone!"
