- Clients are encouraged to call prior to transport of sick or injured pets.
- What to bring:
- Pet’s medical records, if available.
- Your identification.
- All current medications in their original labeled containers.
- If concern of poison or toxin ingestion, please bring all available packaging/containers of poison/toxin.

- Specialty consults are available by appointment only, Monday-Thursday, 8am- 4pm. Contact your veterinarian for a referral.
- What to bring:
- Copy of your pet’s medical records (your veterinarian can send records prior to the appointment).
- All current medications in their original labeled containers.
Payment
- Payment is due at time of service.
- Accepted payment methods:
- Cash, personal checks, credit and debit
- VERC does not offer financial assistance but does accept Care Credit and Scratch Pay.
